    Great local pub with quality food in the bistro and a friendly atmosphere. The staff are always friendly. The open fire a real bonus.

    We had a lovely dinner tonight, both choosing pork ribeye. It came to the table piping hot, tender and melt in your mouth delicious on a bed of mash with an assortment of vegetables on the side. Staff were welcoming and accommodating with our food intolerances. We would gladly return for another meal.

    Friendly service, had the open chicken souvlaki and was 3 strips but prompt service.

    Great service and food. We order some entrees to keep us ticking along and the came out perfect. Staff are also very friendly and go out of their way to keep you happy.

    An authentic Aussie pub with no pokies or TAB. Great front bar with a reasonable selection of mainstream and craft beers, huge dining room with good meals. The staff are very friendly, not to be missed if you're looking for a drink or meal in Woodend.
